Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at epbig.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Only Make Introductions

Epbig Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Epbig Walk-In Tubs.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work or products. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

This Is Not Medical Advice

Nothing here is medical or health advice. We describe product features in general terms only. We do not claim that any tub, shower or feature will prevent injury or improve a health condition. If you wonder how to bathe safely with a health or mobility concern, talk with a qualified health professional.

About Prices

Cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices shift with the product, the bathroom, the materials and the work needed. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work begins.

Insurance, Programs and Financing

We cannot say whether an insurance plan, a government program or any other source will help pay for a project. Nothing on this site promises coverage or funding. Reach out to the plan or program directly. Any financing comes from the provider or a third party, on their terms.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Epbig Walk-In Tubs when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains how this works.

Accuracy

We try to keep this information correct and up to date. Still, we cannot promise it is complete or without errors.
